Mr. PetruGh. Savin, saw the light of day on July 8, 1938. He was born to parents George and Joan Osoi yourself in troubled times before starting the World War II's. It is the third child to parents, with another brother and two sisters. It finished primary school in his native village, general and called for military service in Bucharest on Garda Republic. Committed and this stage of life, he returns to Iasi, where he had to taste the bitter times, seeing â firsthand when communist collectivization. The district militia called Copou and NCOs selected for school. Finishing these studies it is detached from Vaslui and Iasi subsequently proposed Holboca area.
