Day Priesthood

At the Last Supper, Christ lifts the cup and thanking said: "Drink ye all of it; this is My blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."   (Mt 26, 26-28; Mc 14, 22-24; Lk 22, 17-19). The evangelist Luke states, "..aceast do in remembrance of me ..".
Speaking to His Excellency the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Theology in Iasi George Petraru, on the mystery of the Eucharist, states that on Holy Thursday is "Day Orders". From my point of view are the same assent of His Holiness, because Christ suggests, or even express verbal testament disciples what to do after His Ascension into heaven.
Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is the culmination of the Divine Liturgy, the turning of the expensive gifts Blood and Body of Christ. Without this moment of epiclesis (transformation of gifts), Mass serve as a simple / ierurgie or whatever. The Christian is the union of blood (the Communion) with the blood of Christ, the deification of man.
Although some scholars argue that they have received the grace of priesthood Apostles after the Resurrection "he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them: Receive the Holy Spirit! If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; and if you retain will be  kept. " (Jn  20, 22-23); supplement this information with the establishment of the priesthood before the Passion of the Lord, with the words "do this in remembrance of me." As you know, Gifts Sanctification is not the priest and laity, hence conclude that on this day the Apostles Priesthood Grace intertwined.
Also at the Last Supper, we see that Judah to share with unworthiness and Satan entered into him. It took heed and for us Christians, because it is fire and have a spiritual and bodily preparation for the pure touch us, otherwise we can suffer severe consequences or even die (after the story of the Bible and the Fathers).
On Holy Thursday every seven years, each Patriarchy "prepared" and sanctifies St. Mhir (Oil from plants), a large number of plants and spices used specifically for the Sacrament of Chrismation. The Confirmation preparation, shows autocephalous Church (Patriarchate ful ie is independent and is headed by a patriarch).
The Romanian Orthodox Church is an autocephalous since 1872, although the Great Union takes place in 1918, Metropolitan of Romanian was considered the leader of the Holy Synod works.
